A Guest talk titled ‘Computer Networks and IOE’ was successfully organized by dept. of CSE on the 20th of June 2015 at # 203, II block, ground floor, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Faculty of Engineering, Kengeri Campus,between 11AM and 1PM. The 5BTCS students of both the sections along with dept. faculty members were part of the event.The speakers for the session were Yashwantha N N, Project Manager, HP Enterprise and Kunal Deshpande, Section Manager, HP Enterprise, Bengaluru.

The talk was on various topics like IoE, IoT, network layers, network elements (routers, switches) etc. It was very informative to students which described the currently used network technologies and protocols in the industry.It was also a learning and interactive session for the students where all the queries put up by themwere answered to their full satisfaction; indeed it witnessed an enthusiastic response and participation from the crowd.
